Conditions to confirm the reservation:
Payment of 100% must be made within 48 hours of making the reservation and must be confirmed again 48 hours before check-in, after sending the Reservation Form and Affidavit of Health with the requested data.
Conditions in case of cancellation:
The payment will not be refunded, it will be considered an open date subject to availability, prior notice 5 days in advance before the reservation date, otherwise it is considered No Show.

* Only couples, children are not allowed (they are admitted only from 12 years old). No pets. Keep in mind that the reservation will be canceled if you do not comply with these policies.
* The DCO reserves the right of entry prior to the Sworn Statement and temperature and oximeter control.
